I understand you’re adverse about disabling plugins but it could be a plugin issue.
Also “until recently” means … ? Did you make some update of customizr or any other plugin?
When you’re in the Customize with Google Chrome, can you use its inspect element and see if you see any error in the console?

I do have two error messages in Google Chrome console that states:
load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,json2,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-datepicker,pl…:4 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://boreelanewines.com.au/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2F' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://www.google.com/images/logos/google_logo_41.png'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

As for changes to the site since I launched it back in October, I have only added three plugins which I have disabled to see if that rectifies the problem – which it has not, unfortunately. When I click on the arrows to open the menu beneath, I get a large green block that covers the menu links below and the toggle arrows disappear.
Also, someone else has raised this as an issue back on the 4th Feb:

Hi Nicolas, I love the Customizr theme and it’s been a great find for my Institute. I do have two question.
1. A couple of upgrades ago the boxes that show up within the “Customise” area are no longer visible. Have you heard of this problem?
“Until recently” would be about 6 weeks ago.
Thanks

Should I install the latest version of the the theme via FTP and see if that rectifies it? I am using a child theme.
More likely this is the problem:

Looks like your plugin misses that file.
My suggestion is to remove the plugin and re-upload it through ftp.

And Voila! I had version 2.0.1 installed but the new version is 2.0.2
What I don’t understand is why these updates aren’t being flagged through the WordPress update menu… but my problem is solved!
Thanks again.
Glad you solved Laracy17. 🙂
