Checkboxes missing

    With the new updates, on some sites (we have hundreds), the checkboxes are missing next to the options in the Settings. e.g. on the System tweaks screen, next to Protect System Files, Disable Directory Browsing, Disable PHP in Uploads, Disable PHP in Plugins and
    Disable PHP in Themes. Any clues?

    Ok, I see.

    And it’s all checkboxes throughout the settings ? (So it’s the same eg under the WordPress Tweaks tab and Hide Backend tab).

    Do the checkbox input elements actually exist (but perhaps hidden by css) when inspecting the page HTML ?
