Checkbox unchecks when input field is selected.

    Hello

    Have noticed some issues with Safari and Chrome. Seems to be ok in Firefox.
    The pre checked check box will uncheck when a field is selected. Also a tick will appear in centre of page. have tried playing with settings (pre loading some css etc.) but can’t get it working.

    Hey @curtis88,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I tested your website and did notice the issue. Not sure if some JS code is doing this. Is it possible for you to temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme and test the form again?
