checkbox in form + enchancement tips

Hi, one small question and two proposals:
Q: according GDPR, i think that all contact forms should have the checkbox to agree with the Privacy Policy. Does the plugin provides something like a shortcode or anything else to integrate those, or is it up to the user (us) to make those checkboxes ourselves like part of the normal form fields? (i only found those checkoboxes for new registrations, but not for contact forms)

And 2 enchancement proposals that i think would make life a lot easier while not to hard to implement:
1- to add fields in the UI at cookies, allowing to, per cookie, write the purpose, and the duration. (now it’s a bit messy to write this all in one big text for all cookies of that category)
2- to add a field in settings, to be written the email of the DPO, so that all requests are send to the DPO instead of to the general admin email.
