I am using the checkout Blocks of woocommerce.
I would like to add two (pre selected) checkboxes, one is at the top of the checkout, below the email field. I would like to show the option to “use the email for marketing purposes”
And at the bottom the checkbox “I agree to the ToS”

As @zdenys’ mentioned here:

Currently, custom fields are not supported within WooCommerce Blocks. However, there is already [an idea added for that on our Ideas board](https://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce/suggestions/40874809-please-add-custom-fields-and-custom-required-field). It would be great to have your vote on it there as it’s where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.

The alternative is to use the checkout shortcode and Checkout Field Editor.

I hope this points you in the right direction.
