Check the GDPR settings. After you set the “Status” to “Activated”, a checkbox is added to both forms: subscribe form and contact form.

Hi George, thank you for your answer. I mean, in the CHATBOT message at the moment of the email requestor somewhere; is there any possibility to have a check box? They must confirm that accept to give me their emails. Thank you again
@lucasglz, there is no setting to add a checkbox to the chatbot. But it might be enough to add a message like the one below to the Message 8 chatbox setting.
