check_is_user_spammed is not working on my website. spam users are able to login and post content.

It works well for me (woo! locked a site). Where and how are you marking them as spam?

In wpmu network admin i marked some users as spam, but they are able to login and post content.

What plugins are you using? Have you tried with all of them off?
