Check boxes under comments

    Hi there

    Hopefully someone is able to help me here prior to me getting concussion from battering my head off the desk.

    On my site on posts, under the comments box there is two check boxes, they are for notifying of updates to comments, but I don’t want them there and cannot find anything or anywhere to remove them :/

    Can anyone help?

    Those checkboxes are inserting by one or more Plugins.

    What Plugins do you have active?

    This checkboxes comes with your theme or with a plugin, are you using a premium theme?
    ether way if you check the single post code you can edit it and if you remove all the text that comes with the <p class=”comment-subscription-form”> … </p>
    You need to delete both of theme!

    Epicwin Plugin
    Gravityforms
    Jetpack
    Page Links To
    Quick Cache
    Sociable
    Social Media Widget
    Wordpress SEO

    I’ve looked and looked and looked until all I can see is lines lol

    JetPack might have a module that is injecting one of those checkboxes.

    Also: what Theme are you using?

    you can disable them one by one to see witch one is the one that created the checkboxes

    something in jetpack is causing it

    make sure jetpack is at the latest version that might help.

    ok it’s not jetpack..deactivated Jetpack and it disappeared, refreshed and it’s back..still hunting the elusive checkbox maker

    waaaah it’s gone again…do I actually need jetpack at all?
