    Hi,

    It is not yet possible to add a checkbox to your contact form without any customizations. I will look into this though, as it is an excellent idea.

    I’ll keep you posted in this thread.

    Hi,

    As of version 0.8, you can now use [mc4wp_checkbox] inside your Contact Form 7 form templates.

    Make sure that on MailChimp for WP’s checkbox settings page the checkbox that says “Show the checkbox at other forms (manual)” is checked.
