Chatbot in WordPress

Hi,

I am asked to create a chatbot in WordPress webpage for our company using the content from the WP site with copilot in our company, but I have no idea where to start. Specifically, the bot needs to read the content from the webpage as the first knowledge source and also many pdfs and office docs in the media library from the WP site as the second source.

I would appreciate if anyone could provide a tutorial on internet or a framework of how to do it.
