Chat not loading

    I had the chat plugin pasted into the header section after the opening body tag, but removed it and installed the plugin. Neither works for me. I inspected the source, only shows one fb chat id. I have multiple wordpress sites and all of my other sites use the chat by pasting the code. This is the first time I have used the plugin. Can you get me in the right direction, thanks.
