Chat Get Lost once new browser tab opens

    Hi team

    I checked your demo and I see that chat loose soon as we open new window tabs, soon as I clicked a product suggest inside widget window if opens a new page for the suggested product and that page does not have any chat history saved to it, is this something setting issue with demo?

    hi @ajitsingh83,

    These are both settings in the plugin. You can enable open links in new tab and also turn on chat persistence so the history remains across pages and sessions.
