Chat Function Not Working

    Hello there,

    I need help with the Chat Function on my website https://www.nichifoods.com.

    I’ve done the installation correctly but it’s not appearing on the most basic theme, Twenty-Twenty One or my WordPresss theme.

    Attached in the URL is the screenshot of the webpage.

    Hi @nichikimchi,

    The FB Page that your Chat Plugin is connected to is geo-restricted. This means it is only available to users logged into Facebook who are in the allowed region(s) (I’m not able to see it, as I guess I’m not in the target region).

    If you’d like the Chat plugin to be available to all visitors (including those not logged in to Facebook), then the geo-restriction would be removed from the Page. This can be done by a Page admin, via the Page settings.
