  • I am sorry, I’m not able to explain this. I changed my WP language to Russian and installed the language files from the most recent version of wordpress (from wordpress.ru) and the dialog had the proper encoding. Not that I could read it 🙂 but the characters look correct.

    Does this happen in any browser or just one in particular?

    Tbh i’m not sure as i didnt install it to anywhere except chrome. I’ll try to in a couple of hours…

    Yep, i got the same vision on firefox…(
    I’ve tryed a couple of diffirent sollutions found, but nothin helped…

    Again, I’m sorry, but I don’t have an explanation for this. I double-checked and the frame is UTF-8 which should be correct, and when I use wordpress in Russian it looks correct. I don’t have any more ideas on this at the moment, sorry 🙁

    seems to me the problem is in apache… trying to solve it, so if i get a solution going to share it here=)

    Guess i got it… Seems to me, i didnt let google read files from my server, that’s why he can’t access to files… So i will try to solve a problem with server access=)
