I want to migrate my site from Cloudways to CyberPanel. But after migration characters aren’t displaying properly; for example “तुषार भांबरे” appears “???????”. Can you please help me with this?

Make sure that you are using the latest version of WordPress.
Check the charset in your wp-config.php and in the database.
You might need to convert your charset to support your language before importing.
