Characters at summary end

The summary length is currently set to 170 characters. When the summary has more characters, a “[…]” is displayed at the end of each summary. But when the summary has less than 170 characters, the “[…]” is also displayed.

Is there a way to display the “[…]” only, when there are more than 170 characters? Because otherwise we don’t really need it.
