character set isn't displayed correctly

    Hi there
    After a server move my wordpress and wordpresswebsite are not able to display the character sets properly.
    Looks like:
    That’s right, everything is one, the separation is what we make – in any form, we make it. And …
    The same happens to the German part:
    weht kräftig an diesem sonnigen Tag im Juli. Es ist heiß und gleichzeitig erfrischend.

    the data base is: utf8_generali_ci

    Does anybody know about this problem?
