Changing the image search path

Hello,

I am having difficulty figuring out how to change the img src path for the thumbnails on my slider (which is a cyclone slider 2 plugin). Although the thumbnails are set to be 40X40, I stretched them using CSS to be 90X55. This caused the images on the thumbnails to be stretched, too, even though the image on the slide itself looks fine. I want to replace the img src path so that the picture gets resized, and I think I can do it in the “inspect element” window, but I do not know how to locate the right place to make those changes in the plugin files in Filezilla(I use Filezilla as an FTP.) I also have no knowledge of php and an extremely rudimentary one of CSS and HTML. I know this is probably pretty basic, but I can’t seem to find out anything by Googling, so some help would be very appreciated!
