• I have site with the url wwww.bicyclesafety.co and I want to change the address to another domain.

Is there a simple way to do this in multi-site?

    Nope, not ‘simple.’

Thanks, for the direction. I was hoping I missed something in my search of the forums.

This is my first word press site and even though it is only four straightforward pages, no blogs,I do have plans for a membership site.

I’m wondering if it might be easier to deactivate multi-use migrate the simple site and just do installs for the other planned sites. If I deactivate the networking capability how will it effect the work I’ve done so far.

It remains just as hard. All that would save you was the main site. You’d still need to muck with the DB for everything networked.

The OTHER option is to install in your new place and export/import.

What kind of problems could i run into using import/export and does the complexity of the site make a difference when import or exporting?

Depends on what you mean by ‘complexity’ really.

Import/export doesn’t bring over theme settings, widgets, etc.

    Thanks that helps.

I think I am going to spend some time familiarizing myself with the databases.
