I wanted my site to run directly on the domain and not in the sub directory where I had installed wordpress and the site template.
I changed the settings for the URL in the General tab as follows:
Go to the General panel.
In the box for WordPress address (URL): change the address to the new location of your main WordPress core files. Example: http://cavazosengineering.com/wordpress
In the box for Site address (URL): change the address to the root directory’s URL. Example: http://cavazosengineering.com
Now I can not login and the site is completely down…
I have tried all of the forums, but nothing seems to be working…
