1. You are using carousel shortcode design-1( [recent_post_carousel design="design-1"] ).

Please go to our plugins design code file and find “read more” text in code file(wp-content -> plugins -> wp-responsive-recent-post-slider -> templates -> carousel -> design-1).
Change your need “read more” text.

2. You are using slider shortcode design-1( [recent_post_slider design="design-1"] ).

Please go to our plugins design code file and find “read more” text in code file(wp-content -> plugins -> wp-responsive-recent-post-slider -> templates -> slider -> design-1).
Change your need “read more” text.

Note:- If you update the plugin in the feature then your changed core plugin file change will be lost.
