Changing Permalinks Cause 500 Error

    I installed WordPress to http://louisprimajr.com/build
    I already have a WordPress site running, and am using this database to rebuild.
    The first thing I did was on Settings / Permalings, changed to “Post Name”
    I clicked save changes.
    I then attempted to go to Themes to upload a theme and received
    “500 (Internal Server) Error”
    I clicked back in browser, and tried another page, again error. I closed browser and attempted to login again http://louisprimajr.com/build/wp-admin and received the error.
    This is the second isntall that this has happened.
    How do I fix please.
