Changing menu text color on initial page load

Love this theme!

Quick question – I want to make the initial menu text black instead of the default greyish color (I’ve made the menu bar translucent white for logo purposes)

The menu text turns black once the user scrolls down, but I’d like the default text to be black before any scrolling takes place so that the menu text is legible immediately.
