This is the GDPR policy, for the US or policies with an accept/dismiss banner there’s a revoke button. Which revokes the marketing category as well.

Another option is to use the revoke consent button. For example; https://really-simple-plugins.com/ after accepting or denying consent, the button appears in the left-bottom corner.
