Changing Link Color

I am using Coraline 1.0.2 and when I post a link in the text it shows as only a slightly lighter shade as the rest of the text, and underlined. I’d prefer the links to be a different color than the regular text though not necessarily blue. Friends are not aware that these are the links so they’re not being utilized.

I looked through the dashboard and didn’t see anywhere where I can adjust the color of the links and I didn’t want to get into the CSS without knowing what I’m doing. :o)
