changing image cropping on mobile

    Hello, could anyone recommend the best plugin to install to change the cropping on my header image so it appears the way I want on both web and mobile?

    My theme doesnt offer it, and I dont want to add a plugin that slows my site down. I am also using WPBakery if that makes a difference.
