Changing dropdown menus from Horizontal to Vertical

I am using a theme on a wordpress site I am building (www.edsstudios.com). It currently has horizontal dropdown menus and I would like to change them to vertical. I assume this is done in the styles.css but I am not sure. Can anyone tell me how to go about changing the menus. Thanks.
