Changing Domain Record

Hi, I need to change my domain record so that WordPress points to my domain at arwenspicer.com. My host is Laughing Squid, and I need to make the following changes:

Primary Nameserver:
dns1.stabletransit.com

Secondary Nameserver:
dns2.stabletransit.com

I am aware there’s a page that gives directions for doing this (though the second time I looked for it, I couldn’t find it again), but the instructions begin with go to “Store->Domain” on your dashboard, and I don’t see any “Store” on my dashboard or anything that looks like it pertains to domains.

I’m also aware that someone else asked this question not long ago and was advised to go to WordPress.com support, but when I did this I got an automated message saying they did not support WordPress.org questions.

I’m also aware that one suggestion was to contact Laughing Squid, but their website says to contact WordPress.

Thanks.
