Changing DNS [Custom Short Domain]

Hello.

I am trying to create a Custom Short Domain for my Word Press website through bit.ly [example: New York Post have a Custom Short Domain of nyp.st]

It asks me to change the DNS settings for my domain. My question is how do i go about doing so? I can’t find where to change the DNS at the ‘back-end’ of the site.
