Changing DNS A record within WP Dashboard

    My site has just been moved over to a new server, using a hosting package provided by my web designer.

    He has given me the new IP address I need to point my DNS A record to, but I cannot see anywhere within my Dashboard where I can do this.

    Can any0ne please advise?
