Changing Company Logo

I am not very good with coding, just want to point this out before I start. I am wanting to change the Company Logo to a specified image depending on what Job Category was selected on the job post.

So I am in content-job_listing.php – and I’m looking at an IF control, and have been trying to get it to work with ‘the_job_category’ and match the Job Category (our company only uses four categories) and I just can’t seem to get it to work other than to display the category name using the_job_category();

Any help would be most appreciated
