Changing category hoverover text color

Hi, i want to change the category and sub-category name colors.
when you hover over the category it shows the name and amount of products in it, but the text color is white same as the image background color.

Iv look to see if anyone else has this issue but cant seem to find this exact issue nor a fix for it

i want that changed to red, so it can be visible over the white background of the images.
