recently I moved my blog to anew domain. the instalation was ok. I impoted the data from the old blog but now I have problems changing the name of the blog.

You should tak to your host: “mod security” is a server setting that they have to change.
and upgrade to 2.1.2!
Two questions. #1. How can I get the theme “Thirteen” from WordPress.com to my blog over on GoDaddy? I am using WordPress.org. #2 How can I change the appearance of the Header Font in my new blog? Right now it is all lower case and I would like to have the first letter of each word capitalized. Many thanks!
