Do you want to change ‘Read more’ to something else?
If yes, then I recommend the ‘Say What?’ plugin – this way you don’t have to edit your theme’s files.

Hello Zsuzsa,
Please make sure to add the text exactly as it is without any extra spaces.
You should add: Read More
and the text domain is: cpotheme
Another way you can change that text is by editing the theme’s files.
You can go to this file: core/markup.php and on line 832 you will find that ‘Read More’ text. Replace it from there and save the file.
