Changing Background Colour – Zerif Lite

    I am wondering how to change the background colours of my pages.

    I have 3 pages, one contains a form.
    I find it quite hard to see the form fields on the white background and want to change it to #FFFED

    Is it possible within Zerif Lite?

    If so, how? Everything else is good.
