Changing Background Color

I’m new enough to WordPress to find the jargon confusing (and, I suppose) the assumption that everyone understands it). Here’s my problem: In my website http://DouglasDHawk.com/wp I cannot change the background color. I know I need to change it in the stylesheet, but I can’t find that either.
