Changes URL but does not refresh products

Hi,

Im using the plugin but it does not work…

My Site:
http://kiboco.net/winkel/

On the left u see the Clr filter. If u click a filter the URL changes, and then you need to submit the url and the filter works.
But how do i get it to work that it automatically changes, the way it should work?
