Changes not taking effect after logging out

I have a blog on http://makemoneyonlinefastplans.com/ . I made a few changes and moved my subscription block from top bar right widget to right header widget. Also i made a few changes in the content of my quick notice bar. Then I previewed it , it was fine changes had taken place. But when i logged out , the changes reverted back. I logged in again and checked everything was at it it’s place. I again previewed my blog , it was fine. But as soon as I logged out the changed were undone. Why is it happening? I use suffusion theme. help please.
