Changes Aren't Saving

I just posted about how when I create a new slider, it doesn’t save to the front page (even though I click Save and Publish).

Now I’m noticing that even if I change the skin color, the new skin color is not displayed.

Example. I changed the skin from grey to blue. Then I saved. Then I viewed the page, but the skin is still grey.

Can someone please tell me how to get the new changes to save properly so I can see them?
