Changed wrong setting when moving site to root -site broken

    I am moving WordPress to the root after it has been in a subfolder named wordpress. I’m using method #2 here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

    I’ve done this many times before. Maybe I got sloppy. I realized after not being able to access the site that I changed the “WordPress Site” setting to the root address instead of the “Site” setting. Now I can’t access the Dashboard.

    I have database and site backups. HOw can I get back in to the General Settings to fix my stupid mistake?
