    Hi,

    I changed my hours from Thursday, Saturday, Sunday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I updated this on my backend under ,” Working Hours & Days Off”

    Unfortunately clients still see “Thursday, Saturday and Sunday” and do not see a booking option for Friday.

    How can I coordinate the front end and back end?

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Please check whether you have set this on provider’s side or in the General Working hours. If you have just set it in the General Working hours then change it in the provider’s working hours as well.

    If you still have the same issue after this please contact us in pre-purchase questions section of our support platform (the section that doesn’t require a purchase code) and our support will investigate this and provide help.
