I changed the WordPress URLs in General -> Settings and now I cannot log in.

The installation is on a Windows 2012 server, so I do not have access to phpMyAdmin.

I have tried changing settings as noted here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL, but I am still unable to log in.

Ideas how I can fix this?

I’m not quite sure of your whole situation, but you might want to try using this utility to go through the database and update all URL’s with the new site URL as well:

I figured out my problem.

The code has to be

<?php
update_option(‘siteurl’,’http://mysite.com/site’);
update_option(‘home’,’http://mysite.com/site’);

in the functions.php.

Once I got the format right, I was able to log back in.
