changed wordpress url – can’t login now

I made a terrible mistake and I hope someone can help me!
I changed the wordpress url just for a test – I didn’t think I would cause so much trouble – and now I can’t go back. I always get the “404 page not found” page.
My former wordpress url was blog.fraeuleinherz.de. This subdomain redirects to the directory I installed wordpress: http://www.fraeuleinherz.de/blog. Then I changed the wordpress url to http://www.fraeuleinherz.de/blog, because I thought that would be simpler.
And now nothing works! Does anyone have an idea how I can change this back? I’m desperate…
