changed WordPress Address (URL) not able to log in

    Hello,

    I was supposed to change the WordPress Address (URL) and the Site Address (URL) and I followed the instructions of doing so via the dashboard, settings and general.

    Now the site won’t load, I can not log in anymore. Simply nothing works.

    anyone who can help?

    do you have access to your webosting area and database?

    Overview of process:
    -check in database OPTIONS table.
    -change back to original URL.
    -if site is fixed then change to new URL.

    make a backup copy of your database before starting to make any changes.

    I can not change the URL back anymore.
    The requested URL /wp-login.php was not found on this server.

    The URL I used has now two running websites. I did not think this through. There must be some kind of conflict.

    can you access your webhosting account and database.
    (separate from wp-login/WordPress dashboard)
    what is the name of the vendor for your webhosting?

    I can not log in anymore since it redirects me to the new URL right away which is not connected with wordpress

    -to begin to fix this issue, the first step will be to get in touch with the vendor that is your webhost.
    -what is the name of the vendor that you are paying for your webhosting plan?
