• I’ve been trying to fix this but I’m sorry, I can’t figure it out. We changed the URL to our site, which uses WooCommerce.

There are lots of pins for products on Pinterest, so people click into woocommerce product pages using the old URL. WordPress displays the old URL, allows people to add-to-cart, but when they click to View the Cart, wordpress switches them to the new URL and no products are in the cart.

  • I have a similar issue, although I only changed my url from http to https, and now there’s a redirect loop when the plugin is enabled.

all of my links are relative, so this shouldn’t be an issue.

You might want to try a https enabling plugin. I’ve had success with those in the past (though now I just use Paypal).

BTW, I found a work-around, by working with my hosting provider’s tech support.
