    Hi
    me change slug(recommends) to (ref) but all link show 404 me new link after change slug but 404 again show
    how fix problem?

    When changing the slug the old links won’t work anymore (unless you use a redirection plugin to set up an automatic redirect). But the new ones (with /ref/ in there) should work.

    Could you try resetting the permalinks by basically going to the Settings > Permalinks page and just saving things there?

    no, not saving permalink
    If I do, will my site’s SEO not be damaged?

    You don’t have to change the permalink settings, just go to the page and save what it’s already set to. This basically just forces the cache to clear.

    It won’t affect your SEO.
