    I was wondering if anyone can help me.
    I tried to shorten up a page permalink by clicking on edit beside the permalink, deleting part of the permalink, clicking ok and then updating the page. I was unable to view the page so I went back in and editted the permalink to it’s original version and it seemed to work on my Mac at work. However when I came home in the evening I was unable to view the page on my PC. I tried while logged in and from a google search. The computer just keeps thinking until I click out the only way to see the page is by going into the page edit. Here’s mt site:

    http://athleticabs.com/

    The page is “Membership Options” in the nav bar. It is a parent page to several other pages that are show up when you hover over the nav bar link. These other pages can all be opened.

    Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do?

    Thanks

    Scott

    Looks like your new permalink is missing an ‘n’ at the end. Try adding that.

    EDIT: Sorry, spoke too soon. There must be more missing than that.

    Go to settings -> permalinks

    Turn off the custom permalinks you currently have enabled by choosing the top option, click save.

    Now try to edit the page without permalinks enabled.

    Adding the “n” in worked. For some reason when I tried to remember what the original link was I could of swore there was no “n”, so I thought wordpress shortened it. Apparently not.

    Thanks guys for all your help, I’m much relieved.
