Change user role when subscription ends. Possible?

I have a site with lots of members where they promote themselves through their profile page. I’ve set up two roles: “paid” and “haven’t paid”. When their one year subscription ends I manually change their role to “haven’t paid” and their profile page is hidden on the site.

Would I be able to automate this progression with your plugin? I want their role to change when the subscription plan ends.
