How are you changing the page link?

Yes, want to change it from http://precisionwisdom.com/freedom/ to http://precisionwisdom.com/purposecoaching but had to change it back when it wasn’t working.

I’m changing the link url on the page, clicking ok and publishing. But the navigation does not update.

When I make the url change, I look at the source coding page and see the change reflected but it still will not go to the correct page. I searched through several pages on the editor to see if something else was determining the navigation but could not find anything. The person who created this site is now deceased so I cannot go back to her to see how she set this up.
How are you changing the URL?
Please tell me the steps you are taking.

I change the permalink, click ok, and click to update the page.
Do you mean the slug below the title?
That should let you use a slug other than “freedom”. Can you make a screenshot showing the change? Put the image file on imgur.com and then put a link to that image here.

Yes, the slug. I can make the change fine – no problem. This image shows freedom link and then the one I changed it to: http://imgur.com/a/2gf6q
I cannot leave the new one up since the link won’t work. It is now changed back to freedom.
Try disablign W3 Total Cache and make the change. If it works, then re-enable W3TC and clear the cache.
