Change text colour on drop-down menu

On my website http://realdrollery.com , when you hover over top 10s, articles, videos or photos a menu drops down with 3 recent posts, the text below the thumbnails is white as you will see, and isn’t visible. It wasn’t always like this, don’t know how it changed.. Someone might have touched the settings or something. How do I change it to a different colour?
